Reliable local property support when you cannot be there.
StayReady checks, documents, coordinates, and follows through for rental and second-home owners across the Poconos—so a property issue does not automatically become another trip, another vendor search, or another problem you have to manage alone.
One local point of contact for one-time visits, ongoing support, and project oversight.
One clear process from request to completion.
The missing layer between owning the property and handling everything yourself.
Most owners can find a cleaner, contractor, or technician. The harder part is having someone local who can understand the situation, access the property, verify what is happening, coordinate the correct next step, and keep following up until the owner has a clear answer.
Confirm the actual condition before decisions are made.
Organize visits, vendors, deliveries, cleaners, or contractors.
Report findings, approvals, costs, timing, and next steps clearly.
Confirm completion instead of assuming someone handled it.
Choose the level of local support your property needs.
Start with one visit, establish an ongoing support relationship, or bring StayReady into a larger renovation or setup project.

What the service looks like in practice.
StayReady’s value is not an abstract promise. It is the local process used when a property needs attention.
“The heat is not working.”
StayReady checks the thermostat and visible system conditions, documents what is happening, updates the owner, and coordinates the appropriate next step if a technician is required.
“The repair is finished.”
StayReady visits the property, documents the completed work, compares it with the known request, and reports anything visibly incomplete or requiring owner review.
“The cleaner found something.”
StayReady documents the condition so the owner can make an informed decision about repair, reimbursement, insurance, guest communication, or continued monitoring.
“I cannot be there every week.”
StayReady provides scheduled progress visibility, delivery confirmation, contractor access support, punch-list follow-through, and final readiness documentation.
A clear process from request to documented completion.
The exact scope changes by situation. The operating process stays consistent.
Request support
Tell us what is happening, where the property is located, and when attention is needed.
Confirm access and scope
StayReady clarifies the visit, documentation, approval, timing, and known cost structure.
Handle the local step
We visit, document, coordinate, provide access, or organize the appropriate local support.
Report and follow through
You receive clear findings and StayReady tracks the agreed next step through completion.
The property becomes easier to support because its information stays organized.
Ongoing support is more valuable when StayReady does not have to start from zero every time. The property record creates continuity across visits, vendors, turnovers, repairs, and future issues.
Organized information for faster local support
Clear service components instead of one vague “everything included” promise.
Final pricing depends on location, property complexity, response timing, visit length, coordination needs, and whether support is one-time, ongoing, or project-based.
Property onboarding
For ongoing relationships, StayReady may charge an initial setup fee to document access, systems, owner preferences, contacts, and the property operating record.
Relationship or plan fee
Ongoing support may include a monthly fee for maintaining the local relationship, property information, priority access, and agreed coordination responsibilities.
Physical property visits
Visits are priced based on location, timing, scope, expected time on site, documentation, and whether the request is scheduled or urgent.
Coordination work
Projects or issues requiring extended vendor sourcing, scheduling, owner approvals, repeat follow-up, or project management may include a separate coordination fee.
Third-party expenses
Cleaner, contractor, technician, materials, equipment, delivery, and other outside-provider costs are separate unless specifically included in writing.

Tell StayReady about the property, location, timing, and support needed. We will identify the clearest service path and explain the expected pricing structure.
Property support without pretending to be every service provider.
StayReady’s role is strongest when the owner understands what we handle directly, what we coordinate, and what remains outside the service.
- Visit and visually check the property
- Document conditions with photos, video, and notes
- Coordinate owner-approved vendors and access
- Track agreed next steps and request updates
- Verify visible completion and report concerns
- Maintain property operating information for ongoing clients
- Licensed plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural, or trade work
- Professional engineering, legal, insurance, or code opinions
- Emergency services provided by police, fire, EMS, or utilities
- Property-management functions not included in the written scope
- Vendor labor, materials, warranties, and specialized equipment
- Work requiring separate permits, licensing, or owner contracts
You keep control of the property business.
StayReady does not automatically take over listings, pricing, booking platforms, guest communication, leasing, rent collection, or revenue. We support the local physical and operational side of the property according to the agreed scope.
Cleaning has its own dedicated service page.
StayReady’s Cleaning page explains cleaner coordination, turnover execution, readiness checks, and the path for owners who need a cleaner. Property Support remains the broader service for visits, documentation, vendor follow-through, issues, and projects.
What owners should understand before requesting support.
What is the difference between a one-time visit and ongoing support?
A one-time visit addresses one defined situation. Ongoing Property Support creates a continuing relationship, property record, agreed communication process, and clearer path for future visits, coordination, and follow-through.
Do I need to be a short-term-rental owner?
No. StayReady can also support second-home owners, midterm-rental owners, small property investors, and owners completing a defined renovation or setup project, subject to service fit and location.
Can StayReady use my existing cleaner or contractor?
Yes. StayReady can coordinate around providers you already use when they are willing and able to work within the agreed communication and access process. You do not automatically have to replace an existing provider.
Does StayReady perform repairs?
StayReady may handle minor non-licensed tasks only when specifically agreed and appropriate. Licensed, specialized, permitted, or trade work is performed by the appropriate third-party provider. StayReady can help coordinate access, communication, documentation, and follow-through.
Can StayReady approve repairs or spending for me?
Only within written owner instructions and approval limits established for the property. Otherwise, StayReady reports the situation and requests owner authorization before outside work proceeds.
Is emergency or after-hours response guaranteed?
No. Response depends on location, timing, availability, safety, the type of issue, and the owner’s service arrangement. StayReady is not a substitute for 911, police, fire, EMS, utility emergency services, or qualified emergency contractors.
How quickly can someone visit the property?
Timing depends on the exact property location, request type, scheduling, access, weather, road conditions, and current availability. The expected response window is confirmed before the service is accepted.
What areas does StayReady serve?
StayReady supports key Pocono communities including Lake Harmony, Blakeslee, Albrightsville, Pocono Lake, Tobyhanna, and East Stroudsburg. Exact availability and travel charges depend on the property address.
Tell StayReady what is happening at the property.
You do not need to choose the perfect service before contacting us. Share the property location, the issue or objective, and when support is needed. We will recommend the clearest next step.
What actually happens between guests?
Cleaning is only part of it. Most issues come from small things that were missed or never checked before the next guest arrives.
